• 若是己在網路完成付款，可以APP電子驗票直接免紙票入場或至現場櫃台取得紙票後入場。若所訂票種(例如愛心票，敬老票，團券票等）限制只能在櫃台完成付款取票，則請於場次開演前40分鐘前至售票處或販賣處完成付款以取得紙票入場。限制只能現場完成付款取票的交易，逾時其訂位將自動被系統取消。(例如：您訂購14:40的電影，需於同日的14:00前完成付款取票)
• 訂票紀錄已寄到您的電子信箱，現場取票時如需更換票種，恕不保證原座位。
• 如您使用優待票券訂票，取票時請務必攜帶您電影優待券，否則無法取票。
• 請勿攜帶熱食進入影廳觀賞電影，熱食類包含炸雞、薯條、滷味、披薩，氣味較重食物。
